TS Host maintains two separate data centers in the Atlanta area.

Both are located at 55 Marietta Street in the in one of the best known carrier hotels known in the U.S. Our #1 data center is roughly 2000 sq ft and is business transaction centric with extensive fault tolerance. Previously, TS Host used this data center to host banks and insurance companies, and it is equipped with redundant connections.

Data center #2 (about 1100 sq ft) is focused on dedicated servers and hosting. In less than a month, we can have 48 – 96 fiber pairs running into this data center from over 100 providers in the same facility. Autonomous HVAC, UPS, and a backup generator are in place. Currently, the both data centers have multiple GigE connections to ensure 99% uptime.

Both data centers are equipped with raised floor environments, hardened to provide the maximum level of security and availability. Each data center has 24-hour security and is appropriately secured for authorized personnel only.

Each data center has redundant Liebert air conditioning and Halon fire protection systems. All power is protected by central UPS, and generator backup systems. The data centers are served by the “Grady” power grid, Georgia Power’s central downtown redundant power grid.

Our Network

TS Host is a facility-based provider of internet outsourcing services. Both networks are connected directly to the internet via multiple lines and redundant Cisco network equipment. Furthermore, TS Host runs BGP4 protocol in order to provide "peering" with multiple ISPs so that network traffic is not affected during the failure of one ISP or router. This redundancy ensures maximum uptime access to Internet resources.

Network circuits are provisioned on separate Local Exchange Carrier fiber optics networks that use the latest SONET and FDDI technology. TS Host has physically separate entrance facilities to the data center to ensure maximum separation of circuits for greater reliability.

TSHost is the third web server/host that has hosted my site. It will be the last one too, as the old adage "third time is a charm" has never rung more true.

In the past, with other companies I've had to deal with terrible customer service and shoddy business practices. Having gone through hell in the past, it makes me appreciate TS-Host so much more. I really enjoy using TSHOST. They do offer a good service, and yet for a cheaper cost than the competition. Price was our first constraint, and it is fully fulfilled. We took months to find out the best quality/price ratio by comparing dozens of competitors, and none was so scalable and for such a good price. As for the support, I have always had very responsive answers.

Also lately when my server didn't reboot properly due to a system problem, they did log in very quickly, I had them working on it in 1-2 minutes, and solving themselves the problem, in only about 10 minutes of work. They are competent people. The bandwidth quality is also largely enough to us.
