1. How many IPs do I get?
Each server comes standard with 8 IP's (5 usable). Additional IP's can be purchased in blocks of 8 for $ 1 each.
2. What if I want to upgrade my server?
Upgrades are available to be made on your server including additional Hard Drives, and additional RAM, along with additional IP's. Simply contact sales@tshost.com
3. Can I host adult content?
Legal Adult Content is acceptable. 4. Can I host IRC Services?
No, IRC is not allowed.
6. What are your hours of Operations?
The following are our hours of operation by department: Billing / Customer Service - 9AM - 5PM EST Monday through Friday Sales - 9AM - 6PM EST Monday through Friday Technical Support - 24 x 7 x 365.
7. Does my service get a control panel?
You have the option of purchasing cPanel for $30.00 for dedicated server. Shared and reseller plans come with CPanel/Fantastico.
8. What control panel do you offer for Windows OS?
At this time we do not offer a control panel for Windows.
9. What is your uptime guarantee?
We offer a 99.9% network uptime guarantee, excluding any scheduled maintenance.
10. When are orders received?
Orders are received via our sales and billing department 9AM - 6PM EST Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are received Monday morning at 9AM, and are considered received then.
11. Will I be notified before being billed for a support request?
Yes, if you request additional services, the services will not be performed until you verify that you agree to the payment terms expressed above.
12. When do you charge for servers?
Your orders will be processed upon the receipt of your Credit Card or Pay Pal payment. All services must be paid in advance for its respective setup and first month's fees, along with any licensing fees. We bill the Credit Card, or pay pal payment immediately upon receipt, and then once approved, begin to fulfill the order.
13. Where are your servers located?
We manage 2 of our own network operations center located in Atlanta, GA in USA.
One of our datacenters is about 2000 sq ft and the second one is 1100 sq ft. Our larger data center is business transaction centric where previously we hosted banks and insurance companies. It was also ICSA certified. Our smaller data center is multimedia centric. In less than one month we can have 24 - 48 fiber pairs coming to our center from about 100 providers located in the same facility.
14. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since Oct of 1995.
15. I signed up for your hosting service this morning and I was wondering when it will be ready?
Set up time can vary from 24-72 hours. However, we do our best to set up your server/account as quickly as possible, most within the same day (Mon - Fri). Any delays in setup are notified to the customer as quickly as possible.
16. What is your billing cycle?
You are invoiced upon each of the recurring billing dates attached within your billing file. Your CC, or pay pal account is automatically deducted on the recurring monthly billing date that your service is due.
17. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay pal (verified). Currently for international orders we only accept verified pay pal.
18. Does prepaid get discount?
Most of our plans have 12 months prepaid option with a discounted price. Please refer to individual hosting packages.

19. How do I cancel services?
Tulix Systems preferred method of cancellation is via online help desk ticketing system. Please go to http://www.tshost.com/support and you can request to have your server cancelled there by sending a help desk ticket to the customer service department requesting cancellation. You must have all account information to cancel.
20. Would you set up a new server for me according to my needs/specifications?
We can create any custom offer you would like. Let us know the specs and we can send you a quote. Simply contact us at sales@tshost.com
21. How is my server monitored?
We do not monitor your server or its ports proactively. It is your responsibility to monitor your server, and alert us via our online support system when your server appears to be unreachable. Escalation procedures are available. If interested contact us at sales@tshost.com
22. What if the hardware fails?
Tulix is responsible for all hardware related issues. If there is a hardware failure, it is replaced and fixed for no additional charge.
23. What type of support do you offer?
We offer support through our online ticketing system.
24. What is your service charge for support not covered through normal means?
Additional support not covered through normal means will incur a $90.00 an hour technician fee billed in 30 minute increments.
